The Department of Hotel Management & Catering Technology offers a three-year regular course leading to a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, awarded by the Haryana State Board of Technical Education, Panchkula. With an intake capacity of 30 students, the program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, hospitality management, and catering services.
