A Legacy of Quality Education
Established in 2008-09 as a Government Polytechnic for Women, the institute began with diploma programs in Computer Engineering and Hotel Management, each with a sanctioned intake of 60 seats. In 2014, to keep pace with changing industry needs and expand its reach, the institution introduced two new diploma programs: Medical Lab Technology and Architecture Assistantship, while discontinuing the Hotel Management course. Subsequently, the institute was converted to a co-educational institution by the Haryana Government, opening its doors to a broader and more diverse student community.
Today, the polytechnic proudly offers three industry-driven and specialized diploma programs:
1. Computer Engineering:
This program is designed to develop skilled software developers, network specialists, and IT professionals. 2. Medical Lab Technology:
